At Syncc, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been damaged through misuse, modification, or improper installation are not eligible for a refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
